1. High cutting quality
Generally speaking, flame cutting is mostly used for medium and thick plate cutting, and the thickness of similar materials is more than 20MM. Basically, the cutting of materials with a thickness of less than 100MM is not easy to change lines and the slag of the perforation operation is too strong to block the cutting nozzle. It can be cut from the edge of the steel plate. When cutting within the speed range of 0-700mm/min, the width of the kerf can be kept within 2mm. At the same time, it is equipped with an automatic height adjustment control system to keep the height of the cutting torch stable throughout the cutting process.
2. The verticality of the cut surface is high
Unlike the V-shaped cut surface of the CNC plasma cutting machine caused by the plasma arc, the verticality of the cut surface processed by the CNC flame cutting machine is generally high, and the slope can be controlled below 2-3 degree . In cutting, the performance is better.
3. Large cutting thickness
In actual processing applications, the processing thickness of flame cutting is between 6-200MM, and the cutting thickness can even reach 350MM by replacing the gas pipe and the torch nozzle. In order to improve the cutting quality, for different thickness materials, when using flame cutting, the relevant process parameters will be slightly different.
